Cucurbita ovifera stored at controlled atmosphere was investigated. It was found that the conditions at the concentration of oxygen 3%, carbon dioxide up to 8%~10%, and the temperature at 7~8oC had no effects on the quality, compared with natural storage at the same temperature, and that there was no significant effect of low concentration of oxygen and high concentration of carbon dioxide on prohibiting pathogens.
