Reduction of the Energy Requirement by New Soil Cultivation Tools

Our goals was to determine the energy savings that can be reached by using the tillage tool of active cutting element. We have developed such kind of special beams that make possible to realize the motion of the tillage tool against a spring. We have elaborated a measuring method for evaluating the tractive force in the case of the developed beams and the control ones alike. By means of comparative measuring we demonstrate the energy savings that can be reached by means of optimization parameters of the tools. Beside the different energy savings maximum values of the tractive force will also be decreased. The developed solution of beam can be applied at every traditional tillage tools (ploughs, cultivators). This means that the new solution can be used by simple change. Owing to the favorable loads working life of the tool will also be increased.
