Research on Paddy Seedling Ordered Pneumatic Throwing Transplantation

The previous technology of paddy seedling mechanized throwing transplantation is still under test and demonstration because of the problems of complicated mechanism, heavy pot soil or seedling damage, seedling omission, bad flexibility to working condition, low working efficiency, swerving difficulty and heaping soil, etc. In this paper, a new technology throwing transplanting paddy seedling by compressed air jet current is presented, and a new transplanter is designed and made. Some experiments are conducted which prove that the new technology can solve the problems properly, and the new technology can have the advantages of throwing transplanting method exerted better.
