Several evaluation myths have often discouraged extensionists from engaging in useful evaluation. That quantitative data are best has become a big myth in program evaluation. This is mainly due to the political and subjective nature of extension programs impact. Although the attitude toward impacts of extension programs might be subjective one, fuzzy logic approach enables development practitioners to quantify the qualitative data of extension program evaluation. The fuzzy models developed in this paper provide a novel approach to support decisions regarding impacts of extension programs.
