Design of Movable Plug Seedling Seeder for Greenhouse Vegetables

Abstract.

. In order to solve the problems of inaccurate sowing point, seed omission and low level of mechanical intelligence in Chinese seed market, this paper developed a mobile facility vegetable seed planter based on the study of suspension mechanical properties of four kinds of vegetable seeds. Through the single factor test of mobile facility vegetable hole plate seedling planter, the influence rules of three key parameters, such as the position of air inlet, the aperture of seed suction needle and vacuum degree, on three evaluation indexes of single seed rate, resowing rate and omissed-sowing rate were obtained. A regression mathematical model of three evaluation indicators and three key parameters was established with Desk-Expert8.06 software, and response surface analysis was conducted. The results show that when the inlet position is 150mm, the suction needle aperture is 0.62mm, and the vacuum degree is 9kPa, the predicted single grain rate, replay rate and omission rate in the model are 93.1%, 3.7% and 3.2%, and the absolute error between the experimental results and the theoretical prediction value is less than 5%.
