Abstract. With the deepening implementation of the sustainable development strategy, all walks of life have begun to advocate the coordinated development of economy, society, resources and environmental protection, which are inseparable systems. With the rapid development of China, there is a huge amount of combustion heat production in the field of forage drying. The recovery and utilization of a large amount of waste heat is an important step to promote energy conservation and emission reduction policy. On the one hand, we need to pay attention to how to improve the combustion efficiency of the boiler, but on the other hand, in the overall system of the boiler and the natural circulation system, we also need to consider how to improve the exhaust gas utilization efficiency and the condensation treatment of harmful gases. Only through systematic and innovative thinking and solving the existing problems, can the relationship between industrial production process and nature be better improved, and the large amount of heat lost in flue gas be recovered.
