Rapid Determination of Ofloxacin Residues in Honey by Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy

Abstract. Using silver colloidal prepared by reduction of silver nitrate with sodium citrate as a reinforcing substrate, this paper established a rapid quantitative detection method for the content of ofloxacin (OFX) residues in jujube honey, which is based on the self-built laboratory Raman point scanning system. The optimal model is binary linear regression analysis model based on the OFX characteristic peaks at Raman shift of 1406 cm-1 and 1626cm-1. In the binary regression model, correlation coefficient of the correction set and the validation set were 0.9868 and 0.9760, respectively, recovery was 86.12% ~ 110.18 %. The results show that surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) can be used for rapid real-time detection of ofloxacin concentration in commercially available honey, which providing a technical basis for the rapid detection of ofloxacin residues in various food.
