Abstract. King grass is a perennial grass underage with strong stems, difficult manual harvesting and low efficiency. The research and development of King grass mechanized harvesting machinery is an important condition for the promotion of King grass. The disc harvesting header with excellent design performance can promote The mechanized harvesting process of Wang Cao. The paper designed a set of King grass harvester headers, and used ANSYS software to carry out static analysis of the front header support rods, which verified that the support rods can meet the strength requirements. The speed of the Knife Harvester's cutting knife also meets the basic requirements for the smooth cutting of the king's stalk. On the basis of effective cutting of stalks, labor efficiency is greatly improved and labor intensity is reduced.
