Abstract. Grain loss sensor is the key technology to optimize the working attitude of the combine, reduce the harvest loss, and achieve intelligent and refined harvesting. In view of the fact that the current grain harvesting sensors of combine harvesters mostly use piezoelectric materials as their core, and prefer to use multiple channels to obtain grain loss information, this paper uses a new multi-channel PVDF piezoelectric film grain loss sensor as the hardware object, and uses DSP as the core processor to develop a set of multi-channel grain loss detection algorithms, developed the upper computer software with Winform as the development platform, and completed the construction of the cloud platform with the upper computer software as the core.
