Abstract.

In this paper, an electric self-propelled dumping machine was designed for the fermentation of cow manure slatted compost. The machine stirs and crushes the cow manure heap increasing the oxygen supply, increasing the water loss, reducing the volume of cow manure and improves the fermentation efficiency. The structure, mixing system and walking system of electric self - propelled tipper were designed. The test results showed that the equipment had a good performance and can fulfill the requirement of cow manure slating composting.
