Abstract. At present, most of our country's rural areas have achieved the harvest of corn, spike harvest technology has been quite mature. But to complete the final grain harvest, we also need to add another process. Its operation process is cumbersome, time-consuming and laborious. This design of the corn threshing system is a cut flow + horizontal axis flow " structure. It uses a double drum, but it is different from the traditional double roller series mechanism where the length of the cutting roller is significantly smaller than the length of the axial drum. The main threshing component of the designed maize threshing system is an axial drum. through the horizontal axis of corn grain harvesting system structure design, the use of Solidworks engineering drawings to show you the design of the harvester. In addition, according to the planting pattern of Huanghuaihai region, the yield of maize threshing system was calculated. The rate of crushing and the heterogeneity of corn kernels were calculated by different maize threshing experiments under different speed and water content. Under the conditions of comparative analysis of the test data and summarized, to further optimize the performance of corn grain threshing system.
