Abstract. The purpose of this paper is to develop a reliable and real-time cotton round molding control system. With the HY-TTC60 controller as the core, a cotton round molding control system and a distributed communication network structure are designed.Use CoDeSys software to write the control system program, use the configuration software to design the system monitoring interface. Using the CAN2.0B protocol standard, the design of the CAN bus application layer protocol and communication program was developed to realize the data communication between each sensor node and the controller. After experiments confirmed that the control system can achieve the predetermined design requirements.
