The biggest problem for a small closed cleaning machine is how to dealing with the dust after working, which will influence the efficient and service life of the machine. The main parts for a cleaning machine are working space and cleaning system. Hand-operated was adapted widely before. However, it wasted a lot of time and had a low efficiency. Many studies focus on how to handle the problem more intelligently and efficient by using automatic controlling model.
This report presented using raspberry pi as the main part in the controlling system basing on the comprehensive advantages. It provides support for Python as the main programming language, which is convenient for people to learn. It could be connected with a display screen directly to realize the functions like a computer, which ensure the debug process could be done at any time.
A whole system combining Hall sensor, DC motor and raspberry pi was designed to realize the final aim of the controlling part according to the preparation of previous experiments. A simulation of the effect of this system was also done to simulate the real working condition and to detect whether the system would work well in the real condition.
