Optimized design of conditioner equipment and cooling device on rice bran extruder

Abstract. In this paper, the 035H single screw extruder was used and studied by the combination of the orthogonal experiment and the simulation. The key components of the equipment were designed and analyzed. Conditioner is one of the key component in the extruder. But it lacks of conditioning equipment for the simple structure of single screw extruder. The aim of this study was to investigate the modification and cooling device of rice bran extruder. The results indicated that the device increased rice bran extruder and the expansion of the conditioner between the cycle and optimized the structure of the device. Meanwhile, the device reduced the difficulty of its preparation of water vapor. The study also showed that it makes up the deficiencies for each other in terms of the results obtained with convincing. The experimental data and related parameters of this paper provide a basis for improving the productivity of equipment and the quality of products.
