Abstract. Rice seed rope twisting machine is one of the key equipment of Rice Seed Rope Direct Sowing Technology, and the working performance of twisting machine directly determines the quality of the twisted seed rope. The quality of Seed Rope including missed rate, pass rate of material's point distance , qualified rate of sowing quantity per hole material , and rope's tensile strength. Rope quality directly determines the effect of rice precision seeding. Therefore, it is of great importance to improve the working performance of the rope twisting machine and improve the quality of the twisted rope. This paper studies the seeding system of rice seed rope twisting machine. This paper determined the general scheme of seeding system of rice seed rope twisting machine, which could realize the functions of seeding, applying fertilizer and applying pesticides at the same time .In order to ensure the same metering frequency of three devices, outer groove-wheel, hole and star teeth were equal in number, and they were all six. It use combined holes metering device, the sowing quantity can be adjusted. This paper designs fluted roller fertilizer apparatus and horizontal wheel row delivery device, and improves the effect of applying fertilizer and pesticide. The fertilizer metering device adopted outer groove-wheel fertilizer metering device, which could adjust volume by changing the effective working length of outer groove-wheel and the position of the seed metering tongue. Pesticide metering device adopted horizontal star wheel, improve the uniformity of application of the pesticide.
