Movement Simulation of Convey Part of the Plasma Treatment Processor

Abstract. Plasma seed treatment is a new physical agricultural technology which can not only increase the seed germination, but also can increase seedling vigor and field. The plasma treatment processor was designed in present study to produce stable plasma to ensure the uniformity of the treated seeds. The convey part of the plasma treatment processor could influence the treatment results. So the performance of the simulation will serve as a basis for the redesign. In this paper, movement simulation was carried out on the machine structure with EDEM. According to the different working condition, several different states of the structure were analyzed to test the seeds state. The structure with best seeds state was selected.
