Abstract.

The equipment efficiency of feed processing factory directly affects the productivity and benefit of the enterprise. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) can reflect the influence of equipment management at the production site on equipment efficiency. OEE is the basis of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and it is the driving force for enterprise improvement and development. OEE is basically a multiplication of three component efficiency percentages: percent availability efficiency, performance efficiency percentage, and quality efficiency percentage. Based on the research of OEE method, the overall equipment effectiveness is proposed as the evaluation index of equipment efficiency in feed processing enterprises, and the application method of OEE is also put forward. The OEE of processing equipment in the feed processing factory is calculated. The loss of productive capacity is analyzed systematically based on the cause and effect diagram. According to the analysis, improvement measures are offered to achieve the purpose of optimizing productivity and enhancing profits for feed processing enterprises.
