Abstract.

Crushing is an important link in the production process of feed production. At present, the common hammer mill has little specification, and cannot be fed into the whole grass bundle. And in most of the rural areas, the general type hammer mill is still used to crush the wild rye, which is inefficiency. Dust of the traditional forage crushing processing is huge. The production environment is bad. The paper designed a wild rye crusher basing on literature analysis and the prototype of the crushing system. Use a belt conveyer to feed the material. Change the arrangement of blades into a single spiral. Change the output model of the mill into the screw conveyer to relieve the dust issues.
