Abstract. The juicing of fresh corn stover has come into the focus, Not only can the juice pressed from fresh corn stover be used to produce sirup in industry, but the energy required in the drying of the corn stover can be decreased to reduce the cost of production for biomass fuels. It also deeply matters environmental problems and people's livelihood. Juicing mechanization for fresh corn stover is the inevitable trend of the future.
A new machine for fresh corn stover extrusion-juicing is designed. The process consists of three stages. The distance between the rollers and the chain is closer, so that the volume reduced gradually, which means the juice is pressed out. Six rollers, the chains, the frame, the collection equipment and the powerplant make up the juicing machine. Every parts of the machine work orderly of coordination to achieve the process.
The new machine ameliorates the problems of efficiency and strength in the production of the juice. It can work continuously, save labor and achieve the target of corn stover juicing efficiently with high quality for enterprise.
