The rotaing speed of the turbine is the key factor to affect the performance of the turbine-type precision fertilizer metering device.To study the effect of the rotaing speed of the turbine blade on the fertilizer metering quantity and the working performance of the precision fertilizer metering device. In this paper based on theoretical analysis results of the rotary limitation speed the effect experiments of the rotaing speed of the turbine on the performance of precision fertilizer metering device was arranged.The tested results showed that the fertilizing amount increased at first and then decreased with the increase of rotating speed. The coefficient of variation fertilizing uniformity grew larger with the increase of the rotating speed of the turbine blade .To achieve the agronomic requirements of precision fertilizer the speed should be chosen from 20 r /min to 60 r /min, and the uniformity of the fertilizer metering device was better. The research results can provide reference for the design of a precision fertilizer machine.(Download PDF) (Export to EndNotes)
