Abstract.
In order to save labor and ensure the food intake of calf regularly and quantitatively, feeding amount of each should be appropriate. To establish an automatic control system of automatic calf feeders to solve this problem. The main function module design of automatic calf feeders by analysis calf breeding patterns. The system mainly including feeding system, cleaning system and calibration system. Hardware selection is based on system requirements. Staff can monitoring and operating the system through communication with the PLC HMI and RFID.
