Abstract. Stiffness and damping characteristics of rubber material change with frequency of exciting force, which is called dynamic characteristics of rubber materials. The dynamic characteristic is the main parameter to evaluate the damping effect. This paper put forward a Multi-parameter method of optimization evaluation on rubber cushion‘s vibration-absorption effect, the evaluation index of which is rubber cushion attenuation rate at different frequencies in different directions. The method depends on the actual test data and comprehensive evaluation model, which is used to analyze and get the evaluation results. At last, we got an optimization evaluation method to choose the rubber cushion.
