Abstract. In agricultural aviation spraying experiment, spraying facilities placed parallel to the body position, so the distributed measuring angle system is proposed. Nevertheless, the low refreshing rate, thin measuring range and unsatisfying steady establish performance restrict new applications. In order to improve the performance of the sensor system, a design of a system combining data of accelerometer, gyroscope and magnetometer with complementary filtering application and wireless Bluetooth and Wi-Fi link with a 3D real time display software based on the NI Labview works properly as original intentions. With complementary filter and specific optimization, the system based on 8MHz main clock Texas Instrument MSP430F169 compiled by IAR system provide no less than 50 Sample/s on the 9-Axis combining application. The resolution is no less than 0.02°, repeatability is no less than 0.04°. The unique multi filters offers competitive dynamic performance in dip angle measurement.
