Abstract.

The air screen cleaning machine is always the most widely used in seed cleaning in all the cleaning equipment. When machine is working, vibration was produced by the fan motor and vibrating screen can damage the structure of the machine. In this paper, modal analysis was carried out on the machine structure with ANSYS. According to the different working condition, several different states of the structure were analyzed. Frame structure was redesigned according to the result of the experiment.
