Structural Design for Squeeze Back Machine Based on CATIA

Abstract. In order to design a kind of squeeze back machine with high pressure but small space required, the existing back pressing machine has been studied extensively, and market survey has been conducted, related technical parameters have been obtained, from these, the design for the main structure of the squeeze back machine have been conducted by using CATIA software. Through the experiment, it is found that hydraulic squeeze back machine, which had taken the advantages of the new generation of hydraulic system and met a series of requirements----high strength and pressure, safe and reliable, small space required, easy operation and convenient maintenance, was the ideal equipment of binding high quality books for all kinds of printing and book-binding factories.
