Abstract. The Low–temperature plasma (LTP) could activate seed internal material, enhance some of its characteristics and increase production. However, the overall level of low–temperature plasma processor development is not high. Due to this problem, building a low–temperature plasma test platform used for seed processing is necessary. At the same time, PLC was chosen as the core to design a control system to monitor and control the test conditions. The system mainly includes PLC controller, human machine interface (HMI), actuators and sensors, using the software STEP7-Micro/WIN and Win CC Flexible to program PLC, and configure the HMI respectively. The software realizes input parameters’ processing, real-time data acquisition and display. The key data of low–temperature plasma test platform acquired from the research could provide technical support to develop the seed processor in large scale.
