Abstract. This paper designed a shaking jujube harvest device which has the function of classification, including frame, vibrator, a funnel-shaped furling device, classification part and shaking device. There is a flexible pipe at the bottom of the furling device towards the bottom of the clamp holder. The grading sieve is located at the outlet of the flexible pipe. According to the working principle of the whole machine, the eccentric wheel rotation is driven by motor or tractor to shake branches holding by clamp holder. First of all, fruits are took off and fall into the funnel-shaped furling device. Then, the fruits fall into the bottom of the funnel and roll into the grading sieve through flexible pipe. At last, the largest fruits are located in the upper sieve, the smallest fruits are located in the lower layer to achieve the purpose of classification. Productivity 50 per hour, the net rate 92%, the jujube grading qualified rate 98%. The requirement of harvesting efficiency, small fruit damage and low labor intensity can be reached well by the famer.
