Abstract. In order to accelerate the process of designing and manufacturing the new type of low-frequency ultrasonic atoming nozzle and reduce research costs, this paper put forward the impedance test principle circuit diagram. And finite element model of the impedance analysis is established in this paper to conduct static analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis in software ANSYS. The application of static analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis determine the static capacitance, the resonant frequency, the anti-resonance frequency, the dynamic resistance, the frequency of the half-power point, the dynamic inductance and the mechanical quality factor. Prototype completed, the impedance characteristics of the nozzle is measured with the impedance analyzer PVC70A. Compared with simulation results of the finite element model, the test results show that the results application of admittance analysis calculated by the finite element analysis model can guide the design of the ultrasonic generator.
