Abstract. "Braided grass" is "dry grass frame" and other forms of the small farmers in some regions of the heap storage ventilation dry form, "braided grass" prepared of hand form at present, low efficiency, and the form can not guarantee regular reunification. Development of related tools can be used to support the grassland production development, improve their livelihood. While carding process is a key step in equipment, results of carding directly affects the forming effect of braided grass.

To design the grass carding device , combined with the existing carding process, analysis carding the basic principle and main technology parameters of carding , as a result upper roller speed, lower roller speed, amount of a feeding and partition distance are the main influence parameters; using theoretical calculation and the software simulation , conduct the dynamic and kinematics analysis and Simulation of grass carding device , the simulation results, the carding force calculation and the grass fibers along the moving condition of the comb , completed the design of multi-parameter adjustable grass carding device.

The study is helpful to other forage fiber carding, also provides an effective basis for "braided grass " successful molding, has certain theory value and practical significance.
