Abstract. Agriculture information detecting and spraying are important process of precision agriculture. The crop field is bumpiness usually. This requires that the vehicle has strong uneven terrain adaptability. An agricultural robot which can walk in rough road was studied. The 3D rotate coupling is main part of this robot. Static analysis, frequency analysis and free frequency analysis have been done. A robot which carried NDVI, Handheld, ADC camera, and canopy temperature testing system was fabricated. Experiments have been done in corn field, cotton field and soybean field at different growing seasons. The detected data is better than artificial collection and speedily.
