The parameters of the size and motion of the rotation cutter determined the total mowing area and the repeated mowing area and the missed mowing area. This paper studied the influence of different blades on each cutter and the distance between the two cutters to the repeated mowing area. Through orthogonal experiment, the paper got the locus of the blades of the cutter ,calculated the area of the repeated and missed area in different combinations of the parameters by making use of the CAXA , analyzed the variance of the results, did regression analysis to find out the best matching relationship between the mowing speed of the machine and the rotation speed of the blades .
