Climate change is one of the most important issues over the past few decades. Government of the Republic of Korea was published in the report of the fourth general council of climate change in 2007. Since publication of climate change was recognized as a problem caused by human activity. To preserve the earth and future scenarios of greenhouse gas emissions by all countries in building endeavor. Responding to climate change is the reduction, science and adaption. In recent years, there are many efforts in the reduction. Also, many budgets have been invested in reducing part. By investing on the treadable emission permits, greenhouse gas underground storage and alternative energy development, there are a lot of achievements. However, the reduction is expected to be concentrated on to respond to future climate change adaptation and sciences.
