The machinery and farmland are separated in many areas in China, machinery belongs to agricultural organizations and farmland owned by other farmers. As the separated ownership of machinery and farmland and the strong timeliness of agricultural production, agricultural machinery need to be allocated, monitored, and dispatched rationally and effectively.
