Farm owners/operators located in 27 states east of the Mississippi River were eligible to participate. More than 400 farms received on-site services from CLEANEAST Technical Assistance Professionals (TAPs) who are registered as Technical Service Providers with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
