The 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design were newly released September 15, 2010, taking full affect for new construction breaking ground on or after March 15, 2012. The standards focus on State and Local Government Facilities, Public Accommodations and Commercial Facilities.
