Center pivot irrigation systems have become well known for excellent uniformity and overall effectiveness in applying water to crops, but oftentimes producers have chosen to abandon production in corners because of the cost and complexity of swing arm corner solutions. As technology, crop value and productivity have evolved, the economics of deploying swing arm machines for corners have improved and the deployment of such machines has become more commonplace.
