Our ancestors understood the importance and value of rain water. They used old buckets, wooden barrels, bathtubs, and pots to capture it. Later, they used it for purposes that citizens today take for granted drinking, bathing, and washing dishes and clothes. If capturing rain water worked for our ancestors, why not revisit the concept and make it innovative to urban storm water pollution management.
