Research on rice seed-metering device of vibration-flow type

Abstract: This study designed a new rice seed-metering device of vibration-flow type with multilayer cross seed guide boards and vibratile V-grooved seeding board. The flowing, sieving and separating, seeding are realized by analyzing angles of each cross seed guide board, flow characteristic of seed during vibration,structures of sieve board and vibratile V-grooved board and optimizing structural parameters in the rice seed-metering device of vibration-flow type. The damages of seeds are minimized because they arent subjected to any mechanical force in the whole seeding process, which breaks through the force-feed method of traditional rice seeding device when separation.
