Abstract: This paper provides an overview of the development of prototype of electronic nose system using metal oxide detectors. Experiments were conducted to identify and discriminate the variations of meat quality due to different storage conditions using response of specific (H2S and methane) sensors. Acquired sensors responses were further processed and subsequently analyzed using mixed model repeated approach and fuzzy c-mean clustering technique. Performance of these analysis are reported.
