A computer program was developed to design natural ventilation systems for animal structures. Six natural ventilation models were evaluated in the program. Inlet and outlet opening sizes can be designed and for given conditions. Results of the program are compared to literature design criteria. Effects of different factors such as animal density, UA, elevation of locality on natural ventilation openings are discussed.
