Collect and Analyze the Distributing Information of Wheat Yield

A system fixed on pint-size combine widely used in China to collect and analyze the distributing information of wheat yield while reaping was studied. In this system, weight-based yield flowmeter was used to detect the weight of wheat being reaped; Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) were used to note down coordinates. Yield map can be portrayed according to the sampling points’ coordinates synchronously, combine track can be displayed on the digital map drawn by the system; through GPS receiver together with header switch, data of reaped area was cumulated and shown on the screen. Experiments show that the system can detect the wheat weight with an error less than 3.5%, can create a digital map rapidly, and can display the combine’s track as it moves. And the reaped area was synchronously shown with errors less than 2.4%.Keywords. Leave the word "Keywords." then type keywords or key phrases, separated by commas.
