The aim of this study was to determine the suitability of the electronic tongue for white wine measurement, to classify samples by vintage and by grape cultivar. Further goal was to determine the ability of electronic tongue in quantitative measurement in case of wines and to sense taste changes in white wine quality during different storage conditions. Distinguishing wine samples was successful by discriminant analysis according to grape cultivar and vintage. Correlation between sensor responses and wine content in solutions was better than 0.9 (R2). There were found differences in wine taste with different storage methods.
