The general objective of the study is to determine the outcome of agricultural engineering services as rural development intervention in corn cluster areas of Region IVB. Respondents of the study include individual farmers at the identified corn cluster areas randomly selected and analyzed by municipal cluster using a multi stage sampling procedure by draw lots. Correlation and regression analysis were used to determine the relationship and influence of socio-economic, institutional factors and utilization of agricultural engineering services to individual economic and social satisfaction as well as to the corn cluster level productivity.
