This report gives a brief summary of a parameterized computational approach for the study of tertiary structures of extension protein variants in maize silk. The structure predictions will be used in future studies to design mutants with desired structural properties to transform into maize and test cell wall properties with these altered proteins.(Download PDF) (Export to EndNotes)
