Previous stepwise method approaches is generally accurate for the analysis and design of a lateral. This approach is unable to analyze the sprinkler irrigation system. An extended stepwise method is developed for hydraulic analysis of two-stage sprinkler irrigation system in this study. This model is based on previous stepwise method. The technique uses the Darcy-Weisbach friction equation and Bernouli energy equation. The effect of ground slope, the variation of the friction coefficient, the head loss in sprinkler risers, and the pump performance cure are considered. The advantages of the model are the simple analysis procedure, the highest accuracy, and the consideration for all components. The results from numerical example demonstrate that this analytical procedure is simple and accurate.
