Stride-development of agriculture and rural economy by informatization is the process of promoting the continuous and stable development of agriculture and rural economy by taking full advantage of the latest achievements of information technology. The practice of speeding up the construction of agricultural information system requires that the common laws of the development of agriculture and information must be followed, that it should be tightly combined with the perfecting of the social service system for agricultural scientific technology and the improving of peasants scientific and cultural qualities and that a variety of ways should be explored so that the development can be accelerated.
