Fresh fruit and wine production for international markets has become one of Chiles most dynamic and relevant sources of revenue, as well as a leading industry in Chilean economy. This paper describes a practical approach for agronomic advisory activities based on different ICT tools, implemented to support fruit orchard and vineyard agronomic management. A modular platform, available by subscription to farmers, has been created, providing personalized agronomic advisory. Internet is the main information dual flow pathway between farmers and service headquarters. The service is under pilot use in Chile and Mexico and will be offered for commercial use in 2007.
