The pesticide application is a double-edged sword for agriculture and forestry. There exist
pollutions for ecosystem as pesticide manufacturing, circulating and application. A life-cycle pesticide
management (LPM) concept was put forward which could be benefit to the environment ecosystem,
especially in rural regions. A sound pesticide management legal system, a nationwide pesticide
application training network, a web-based life-cycle pesticide management system could be set up.
