Pneumatic cylinders were selected according to optimizing results. Checking the present system meets stability requirements. By changing load and structure parameters, the optimum programme can be used to design four-connecting lever pneumatic roof-vent opener for all kinds of multi-span plastic greenhouses. System installation and application show that the pneumatic roof-vent opener is low electricity consumption, faster response, more convenient installation and propitious opening enhancement as compared with the traditional one.
