Keywords: Omni-Directional Vehicle, Outdoor Surface
The aim of the study is to bring an ideal omni-directional vehicle to outdoor surfaces such as gravel, grass and etc. and collect data on its performance. The data gathered will be compared to previously gathered data in the indoor setting. Data from both testing environment will be compared. The study also formulates an equation basing from the equation of the indoor set-up and the deviations of the performance of the outdoor set-up.
The researchers found out that the path of the omni-directional vehicle on an indoor setting has a correlation to the path of the outdoor setting. Using the Pearson Product Moment equation, the paths shows strong linear correlation.
